All services are paid for in person at the barbershop upon completion.
We accept payment via cash, card and contactless.
Prices for services are displayed in-store and may also be listed on our website for reference.
2. Pricing
All prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
While we aim to keep our website up to date, the final price charged will be based on the service provided in-store.
3. Third-Party Bookings
If you choose to book an appointment through a third-party platform:

Any payments or deposits (if applicable) are handled by that third party

We are not responsible for processing refunds related to third-party transactions
Please review the booking provider’s terms before confirming your appointment.
4. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of grooming services, we do not typically offer refunds once a service has been completed.
However, if you are not satisfied with your haircut or service:

Please inform us before leaving the shop, or contact us within 24 hours

We will do our best to address the issue, which may include offering an adjustment or correction
Refunds, if granted, are at our discretion.
5. Service Adjustments
We are committed to ensuring you leave satisfied. Minor adjustments may be offered where reasonable if concerns are raised promptly.
6. Missed Appointments (If Applicable)
For appointments made via a third-party booking system:

Failure to attend may result in forfeiture of any deposit (subject to the third party’s policy)

Late arrivals may result in reduced service time or rescheduling
7. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion. In such cases, no charges will apply unless a service has already been performed.
